The series includes classic square teeth as well as a smooth version. This allows you to select the appropriate hand tool for spreading, distributing, or combing material. The 0.7 mm thick blade is made of stainless steel; eight rivets connect the handle mount to the blade.

Benefits in Use

Stainless steel blade with a material thickness of 0.7 mm.

280 × 120 mm working surface for applying material.

Ergonomic soft grip for controlled tool handling.

Handle mount secured with eight rivets.

Select the teeth specifically for the laying task; smooth version for work without a comb profile.

Application

When laying, the adhesive is first applied and then combed evenly with the appropriate tooth profile. The smooth version is suitable for distributing and smoothing, but does not form a defined tooth bed. Tooth size and angle of attack influence the application; the specifications of the adhesive manufacturer and the required wetting remain decisive. Remove material residues before curing and store the blade clean.

Technical Data and Scope of Delivery

Series

PTSB

Blade dimensions

280 × 120 mm

Blade material

Stainless steel, 0.7 mm

Handle

Ergonomic soft grip

Fastening

8 rivets

Sales unit

1 trowel in the selected version

Selection and Scope of Delivery

The tooth profiles offered in the variant selection are available for selection. The subsequent layer thickness also depends on the angle of attack, material, and pressing of the tile.

What distinguishes the smooth version?

It has no teeth and is used for spreading or smoothing. For an even comb bed, you choose a suitable toothed version.

Is every variant a complete trowel?

Yes.
