Bostik A920 EXPRESSMORTAR is a high-quality, ready-to-use joint repair compound based on acrylic dispersion. The product is suitable for the quick repair and filling of damaged joints, cracks and spalls in masonry, stone and concrete.
The coarse-grained structure provides a mortar-like surface and makes A920 particularly attractive for repairs to exposed masonry and thin facing bricks. The compound can be used indoors and outdoors and can be painted over after fully curing.

Suitable substrates
Bostik A920 EXPRESSMORTAR adheres to numerous mineral building materials such as concrete, masonry, stone and mortar. The product can also be applied to slightly damp substrates.
The bonding surfaces must be sufficiently load-bearing and free from adhesion-reducing contaminants. A920 is not suitable for, among others, PE, PP, PTFE, neoprene and bituminous surfaces.

Coverage
One 300 ml cartridge covers approx. 10 to 12 linear metres for a joint cross-section of 5 × 5 mm. The actual material requirement depends on the respective joint width and joint depth.
Application
The bonding surfaces must be sufficiently load-bearing and free from dust, grease and other adhesion-reducing components. Open the cartridge, cut the nozzle to the required joint width and apply A920 EXPRESSMORTAR evenly to the repair area.
Then model the material to match the adjacent mortar or stone surface. For outdoor applications, good and dry weather conditions should prevail for at least five hours after application.
Important application notes
Bostik A920 EXPRESSMORTAR is not intended for expansion joints or joints with permanent water exposure. The product is also not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, neoprene and bituminous surfaces.
