The TAJIMA Convoy Super 2WAY CNV-FSP600 is a professional hand cartridge press for processing standard cartridges up to approx. 310 ml as well as sausage tubes up to 600 ml.

With this item, you receive not only the complete CNV-FSP600 cartridge and sausage tube press, but can also select suitable original TAJIMA accessories directly as an option.

Available options include the complete press, two different straight nozzle versions, a piston attachment, and a screw cap.

Important: The scope of delivery always depends on the selected option. If an accessory item is selected, no cartridge press is included.

CNV-FSP600 – Convoy Super 2WAY Cartridge Press

The TAJIMA CNV-FSP600 is the complete cartridge and sausage tube press. It is suitable for classic cartridges with approximately 300 to 310 ml as well as sausage tubes up to 600 ml.

The gear ratio of 12:1 offers a good combination of extrusion force and controlled material dispensing. The rotatable handle allows the working position to be adjusted flexibly.

The press is available individually or as a complete packaging unit with 4 pieces = 1 PU.

CNV-FSNL – Large Wide Straight Nozzle, 3 Pieces

The TAJIMA CNV-FSNL is the wider version of the large original straight nozzle for the Convoy Super 2WAY system.

One set contains 3 nozzles. This option is suitable when a larger or wider material opening is required.

CNV-FSN – Large Narrow Straight Nozzle, 3 Pieces

The TAJIMA CNV-FSN is the narrower straight nozzle version for the Convoy Super 2WAY system.

This option is also offered as a set with 3 nozzles. The narrower nozzle shape is particularly suitable for applications where a more targeted or narrower material dispensing is desired.

Piston Attachment – 1 Piece

The suitable TAJIMA piston attachment is available as a separate accessory for the Convoy Super 2WAY system.

Screw Cap – 1 Piece

2WAY – Cartridge and Sausage Tube with One Press

Application, Safety, and Care Instructions

• Prepare the container and nozzle according to the manufacturer's instructions.

• Extrude the material with even and controlled pressure.
• Do not continue to press with force in case of unusually high resistance.
• Check the nozzle opening and material condition in case of increased resistance.
• Keep hands away from moving parts and the drive mechanism.
• Wear suitable protective gloves and, if necessary, safety goggles.
• Clean the press and accessories of material residue after use.
• Store dry and out of reach of children.
