beko Gecko Hybrid POP is a flexible 1-component adhesive and sealant of professional quality. The product combines bonding and sealing in one step and impresses with its very high initial adhesion, easy processing, and versatile applications.

The adhesive and sealant is correctable, very easy to smooth, odorless, non-toxic, paintable, weather-resistant, aging-resistant, and UV-resistant. Gecko Hybrid POP is moisture-curing, solvent-free and silicone-free, as well as isocyanate-free and halogen-free. In addition, the product is food-safe and classified as very low-emission according to GEV-EMICODE® EC 1 Plus.

Processing Instructions

The bonding surfaces must be clean, stable, dust-free, oil-free, and grease-free. Remove loose particles, old sealant residues, and impurities. For critical or unknown substrates, a adhesion and compatibility test is recommended.

Cut the cartridge nozzle to match the joint or bead width and apply Gecko Hybrid POP evenly or into the joint. The bond is correctable for approx. 20 minutes. The product can be processed from 0 °C to +40 °C.

Note: Paintable, but not with alkyd resin paints. Process quickly after opening. Full curing depends on temperature, humidity, material thickness, and substrate.
