beko Cartridge Gun Power-Press – Robust Professional Dispensing Gun

The beko Cartridge Gun Power-Press is a robust and powerful manual dispensing gun for processing cartridges containing high-viscosity adhesives and sealants.

The gear ratio of 18:1 allows for efficient power transmission and supports controlled dispensing even with tough materials. The solid thrust block has a pressure resistance of up to 6000 N.

Important Delivery Note: A cartridge gun will be delivered without a cartridge, adhesive, sealant, or other consumables.

Your Advantages at a Glance

  • Robust and powerful cartridge gun from beko
  • Suitable for high-viscosity adhesives and sealants
  • Efficient power transmission due to 18:1 gear ratio
  • Thrust block with up to 6000 N pressure resistance
  • High-quality brass bearing bush
  • Hardened and carbon-coated push rod
  • Rotatable cartridge frame
  • Switch function with drip stop
  • Self-releasing end stop
  • Integrated ladder hook
  • For trade, assembly, expansion, and construction sites

Powerful 18:1 Gear Ratio

The Power-Press works with a gear ratio of 18:1. This amplifies the force applied to the handle and transfers it to the cartridge.

This facilitates the processing of high-viscosity materials and reduces the required effort compared to simpler cartridge guns with a lower gear ratio.

Thrust Block with 6000 N Pressure Resistance

The stable thrust block is designed for a pressure resistance of up to 6000 Newtons. This makes the cartridge gun also suitable for tough adhesives and sealants that require a higher extrusion pressure.

Switch Function with Drip Stop

The integrated switch function enables a drip stop. This allows the material flow to be reduced or interrupted after releasing the handle.

This supports controlled dosing and helps to avoid unnecessary material discharge after applying the adhesive or sealant bead.

Rotatable Cartridge Frame

The cartridge frame is rotatable. This makes it easier to adjust the cartridge tip to the desired working position and joint direction during processing.

This is particularly advantageous in hard-to-reach areas, corners, connection joints, and overhead work.

Robust Components for Professional Use

The Power-Press features a high-quality brass bearing bush. The push rod is hardened, carbon-coated, and stamped.

This design is intended for regular assembly work and use on construction sites.

Integrated Ladder Hook

The integrated ladder hook allows the cartridge gun to be temporarily hung on a ladder or a suitable holder during work.

This keeps the tool within reach without having to be placed on the ground.

Suitable Materials

The cartridge gun is particularly suitable for processing high-viscosity products in cartridges, for example:

  • Assembly adhesives
  • Construction adhesives
  • Hybrid sealants
  • Polyurethane adhesives and sealants
  • Silicone sealants
  • Acrylic sealants
  • Joint and connection sealants
  • Other pasty cartridge materials

Note: Actual suitability depends on the cartridge size, material viscosity, nozzle opening, and the processing instructions of the respective adhesive or sealant manufacturer.

Typical Areas of Application

  • Window and door installation
  • Interior finishing and drywall construction
  • Roofing and plumbing work
  • Sanitary and jointing work
  • Timber construction and carpentry
  • Assembly and fastening work
  • Renovation and refurbishment
  • Workshop and construction site

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What materials is the Power-Press suitable for?

The cartridge gun is particularly suitable for high-viscosity adhesives and sealants. The cartridge size and the processing instructions of the respective material are crucial.

What does the 18:1 gear ratio mean?

The gear ratio describes the force amplification of the cartridge gun. An 18:1 ratio supports the dispensing of tough materials with less effort.

What does 6000 N pressure resistance mean?

The thrust block is designed for a pressure resistance of up to 6000 Newtons. This allows for the processing of materials with high extrusion resistance.

Does the cartridge gun have a drip stop?

Yes. The Power-Press has a switchable drip-stop function, which can reduce further material discharge after releasing it.

Can the cartridge frame be rotated?

Yes. The cartridge frame is rotatable and allows for flexible alignment of the cartridge tip.

Is a cartridge included in the scope of delivery?

No. Only the cartridge gun is included in the scope of delivery. Cartridges and consumables must be ordered separately.

Does the gun have a ladder hook?

Yes. A ladder hook is integrated into the cartridge gun.

Is the Power-Press suitable for professional use?

Yes. The robust construction, the 18:1 gear ratio, and the durable components are designed for regular work in trade and on construction sites.

Application and Safety Notes

  • Before use, check the cartridge gun for damage.
  • Only use suitable and undamaged cartridges.
  • Open and prepare the cartridge and nozzle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Insert the cartridge securely and completely into the frame.
  • Dispense material with controlled pressure first.
  • If there is unusually high resistance, do not continue pressing with force.
  • Check the nozzle opening, cartridge, and material condition.
  • Do not place hands between moving parts or the push rod.
  • Wear suitable protective gloves and, if necessary, safety glasses.
  • Clean the tool of material residue after use.
  • Store dry and out of reach of children.
