beko Polymer pro10 310 ml – SMP Universal Sealant

beko Polymer pro10 is a versatile SMP universal sealant based on a 1-component SMP polymer hybrid. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as well as for expansion joints, connection joints, and many common construction joints.

The sealant is suitable for sanitary areas, building construction according to 18540-F, and applications according to EN 15651-1 F-EXT-INT 25 LM / ISO 11600. Polymer pro10 is UV-, weather-, and aging-resistant, saltwater-resistant, solvent-free, as well as silicone-, alkali-, acid-, and isocyanate-free.

Suitable Substrates

Suitable for aluminum, glass, glazed ceramics, painted or varnished wood, concrete, plaster, coated and painted metals, and many other common construction substrates. For critical or unknown substrates, an adhesion and compatibility test is recommended.

Processing Instructions

Adhesive surfaces must be clean, dry, load-bearing, dust-, oil-, and grease-free. Remove old sealant residues and loose components. Cut cartridge tip to match joint width, apply sealant evenly, and smooth with suitable smoothing agent.

Polymer pro10 can be processed from 0 °C to +45 °C. Skin formation time is approx. 15 ±5 minutes, processing time approx. 30 minutes. Curing is approx. 2 to 3 mm per 24 hours.
