The reusable BIHUI SMART TSL50 helps align adjacent wall and floor tiles. The system combines a 1.5 mm thick steel T-pin with a plastic pull cap. The cap can be operated using the turn knob, while the T-pin works in the joint area. The sales box contains 50 units and is designed for tiles up to 17 mm thick and joints from 1.5 to 6 mm.

Application

The levelling system supports the height adjustment of the tile edges during installation. It does not replace a sufficiently level substrate or the correct adhesive bed application. Position the elements according to the manufacturer's instructions and remove them within the designated working window. For a uniform wider joint width, additional spacers may be useful. The 1.5 mm specification refers to the T-pin and is not the only permissible joint width.

Can I use the system multiple times?

Yes. The T-pin and cap are designed as a reusable system. Damaged or heavily soiled parts must be inspected before reuse.

Is it only suitable for 1.5 mm joints?

No. The T-pin is 1.5 mm thick; the manufacturer specifies a joint range of 1.5 to 6 mm.

Does it replace substrate preparation?

No. The tool supports the alignment of the tile edges. The substrate, adhesive application, and wetting must be carried out professionally regardless of this.
