KLEIBERIT 303.0 is a high-quality PVAC wood glue for water-resistant wood bonding in window, door, stair, furniture, and interior finishing. Ready-to-use as a one-component adhesive, the product meets stress group D3 according to DIN EN 204.

By adding 5% KLEIBERIT 303.5 ME hardener, the bond can achieve stress group D4. The wood glue is suitable for hot and cold bonding, as well as for demanding connections with hardwoods and exotic woods.

The variants are based on container size and quantity. This allows individual containers, half a packaging unit, and a full carton to be selected directly.

Application Instructions

• The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, dust-free, and free of release agents.
• Apply the glue evenly to one of the surfaces to be joined.
• Assemble the parts within the open time and press sufficiently.
• Pressing time and pressure depend on the type of wood, moisture, temperature, component, and processing situation.
• For D4 bonding, mix in exactly 5% KLEIBERIT 303.5 ME hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• After adding the hardener, observe the pot life specified by the manufacturer.
• Before series applications or with sensitive materials, perform a test bonding.

D3 or D4 – Which Version is Needed?

D3 is suitable for interior areas with frequent short-term water exposure or high humidity, as well as for protected outdoor areas. KLEIBERIT 303.0 can be used directly as a ready-to-use 1K adhesive for this purpose.

For applications with higher demands on moisture resistance, D4 is required. For this, 5% KLEIBERIT 303.5 ME Hardener is added to the KLEIBERIT 303.0 wood glue. The hardener is a separate product and not part of the scope of delivery.
