Nozar DRB Diamond Grinding Disc for Concrete
The Nozar DRB is a double-segmented diamond grinding disc for concrete and hard aerated concrete. The two-row arrangement of the grinding surface is designed for uniform progress and a clean surface. The Profi-Line tool is suitable for hand-grinding work with a suitable angle grinder or concrete grinder, especially for the final finishing of concrete elements.
Features and Benefits
- Double-row diamond segmentation.
- For concrete, hard aerated concrete, and suitable universal grinding tasks.
- 5 mm segment height.
- For suitable angle grinders and concrete grinders; select the height suitable for the machine.
Application
The DRB is used for processing mineral surfaces when irregularities need to be reduced and concrete surfaces need to be reworked. The substrate, required removal, and machine guidance must be coordinated. Work with uniform contact to prevent unnecessary depressions. A dust extraction hood suitable for the machine and the required dust collection are part of the preparation for mineral grinding work.
Technical Data
| Manufacturer Part Number | Version |
|---|---|
| 6701215 | Diameter (mm): 125; Bore (mm): 22.23; Height: 23 mm |
Selection and Processing
For the grinding disc, the diameter is not sufficient as a selection criterion: the bore and height must also fit the machine. The available 125 mm version 6701215 has a 22.23 mm bore and a height of 23 mm. Other DRB variants may have a different height for the same diameter. Therefore, check the required distance to the protective or extraction hood using the machine documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do the DRB variants differ?
In addition to the diameter, they differ particularly in height. The combination of diameter, bore, and height determines the suitable version.
Is the DRB suitable for cutting?
It is a grinding disc for surface processing. A cutting disc designed for this purpose is used for cutting.
What does the double row stand for?
The diamond segments are arranged in two circumferential rows and form the working surface of the grinding disc.
