Nozar Red Devil Fliese Diamond Cutting Disc
The Nozar Red Devil Fliese is a Premium Line diamond cutting disc for hard ceramic tiles. It is designed specifically for fired ceramic, ceramic patio slabs, and ceramic composite slabs. The narrow, closed turbo edge works together with a reinforced flange to support controlled cutting on demanding slab materials.
Features and Benefits
- For ceramic patio slabs and ceramic composite slabs.
- Also for hard porcelain stoneware, granite slabs, artificial stone tiles, ceramic, terracotta, and marble.
- 7 mm tile height with variant-dependent segment width.
- Reinforced flange and closed turbo edge.
Application
The series is suitable for cutting when installing hard tiles indoors and outdoors. For ceramic composite slabs, the entire slab construction must be taken into account. Place the workpiece securely and adjust the feed rate to the material and machine. For visible cut edges, a test cut on a new batch of slabs is recommended to assess the actual cut appearance.

Selection and Processing
The 125 mm version has a segment width of 1.2 mm, while the 230 mm version has 1.6 mm. Both sizes offered have a 22.23 mm mounting bore. The designation Red Devil Fliese is deliberately distinguished from the other Nozar Red Devil product for roofing and construction site materials. Before selecting, check both the Fliese suffix and the full variant designation.
