Nozar Taifun Diamond Fan Disc 115 mm M14
The Nozar Taifun is a diamond fan grinding disc for the dry processing of granite, marble, artificial stone, and ceramic. Its design combines 50 diamond segments with 50 supporting SiCa segments. The movable segment structure supports uniform surface processing and can also be used for grinding chamfers.
Features and Benefits
- 115 mm diameter with M14 mount.
- 50 diamond segments and 50 SiCa support segments.
- For dry grinding of granite, marble, artificial stone, and ceramic.
- Grit sizes with unique color coding and assigned processing step.
Application
The Taifun is suitable for post-cutting rework of surfaces and edges. The manufacturer recommends a speed in the range of 6,000 to 8,000 rpm. This operating range is to be distinguished from the maximum permissible speed; the marking on the tool remains binding. For sensitive workpieces, first check in an inconspicuous place what surface the selected grit produces.
