7:1 gear ratio for controlled work

The mechanical 7:1 gear ratio offers a balanced combination of dispensing force and good dosing capability. This allows the material to be dispensed from the cartridge evenly and in a controlled manner.

The TAJIMA Convoy Just is particularly suitable for materials that can be easily processed with a normal hand cartridge gun. For very high-viscosity or particularly difficult-to-extrude products, a cartridge gun with a higher gear ratio may be more suitable.

Twin-Thrust system for even feed

The Twin-Thrust system supports an efficient transfer of hand force to the plunger rod. The feed mechanism engages reliably and ensures an even material flow.

The smooth plunger rod allows for precise dosing and can be quickly retracted after unlocking to insert or change the cartridge.

Automatic material flow stop

When the trigger is released, the pressure on the cartridge piston is automatically reduced. This limits the unwanted afterflow of sealant or adhesive from the cartridge nozzle.

The so-called Auto Flow Stop facilitates clean working, reduces material waste, and helps to start and end joints and adhesive beads in a controlled manner.

360° rotatable cartridge holder

The open cartridge holder can be rotated completely by 360°. The cartridge nozzle can thus be aligned to match the respective working direction.

This facilitates processing in corners, at wall and floor connections, overhead, and in areas where the entire cartridge gun can only be moved to a limited extent.

Application notes

1. Unlock the plunger rod and pull it back completely.
2. Insert a suitable 300 or 310 ml cartridge into the holder.
3. Cut the cartridge tip according to the desired joint width.
4. Completely open the inner cartridge seal.
5. Screw on the cartridge nozzle and cut to size.
6. Rotate the cartridge holder to the desired working direction.
7. Operate the trigger evenly and dispense the material in a controlled manner.
8. After use, release the plunger rod and remove material residues.
