TAJIMA Caulking Gun Super 12 CNV100SP12 – Professional Dispensing Gun for 310-ml Cartridges
The TAJIMA Caulking Gun Super 12 CNV100SP12 is a particularly robust dispensing gun for professional jointing, bonding, and assembly work. With its powerful 12:1 gear ratio, it is suitable for evenly dispensing numerous sealants, adhesives, and other materials from standard cartridges up to 310 ml.
The TAJIMA Twin-Thrust System efficiently transfers hand force to the plunger rod, thereby facilitating controlled dispensing. The 360° rotating cartridge holder allows for flexible alignment of the cartridge tip – particularly practical when working in corners, on edges, and in hard-to-reach places.
Your Advantages at a Glance

- For assembly, interior finishing, window construction, drywall, and sanitary work
Powerful 12:1 Gear Ratio
The 12:1 gear ratio supports a powerful yet easily controllable material output. This makes the caulking gun suitable for numerous standard sealants and adhesives with medium to high viscosity.
The material can be dispensed in a controlled and even manner. This facilitates the creation of clean adhesive beads and even connection or expansion joints.
Twin-Thrust System for Efficient Power Transmission
The TAJIMA-developed Twin-Thrust System stabilizes power transmission to the plunger rod. The applied hand force is efficiently transferred to the cartridge piston, allowing even more resistant materials to be processed comfortably.
The sturdy mechanics support smooth feeding and reduce the risk of jerky or uneven material discharge.
Automatic Material Flow Stop
After operating the trigger, the Auto-Flow-Stop System slightly relieves pressure on the plunger rod. This reduces pressure on the cartridge and limits material afterflow.
This facilitates clean work and can reduce unnecessary material loss and contamination of the cartridge, tool, and work surface.
360° Rotating Cartridge Holder
The cartridge holder can be rotated a full 360°. The cartridge nozzle can thus be aligned during work to match the respective joint or adhesive surface.
This is particularly helpful when working in corners, at wall and floor connections, or in hard-to-reach areas where the entire caulking gun cannot be freely moved.
Integrated Cartridge Opener
The caulking gun has an integrated puncture wire for piercing the inner cartridge seal. A separate tool for opening the cartridge is therefore often not necessary.
Suitable Materials
The TAJIMA Super 12 can be used for the following materials, among others, depending on consistency and processing temperature:
- Silicone sealants
- Acrylic sealants
- Assembly adhesives
- Hybrid and polymer sealants
- PU sealants
- Construction adhesives
- Joint sealants
- Other materials in standard 300 or 310 ml cartridges
Note: The required dispensing force depends on the viscosity, storage temperature, age of the material, and the size of the nozzle opening. For very highly viscous or particularly difficult-to-dispense materials, a caulking gun with a higher gear ratio may be more suitable.
Typical Areas of Application
- Window and door installation
- Interior finishing and drywall
- Sanitary and tiling work
- Facade and connection joints
- Roofing and sealing work
- Processing of assembly adhesives
- Workshop and repair work
- Professional applications on construction sites

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about the TAJIMA Super 12
What cartridge size is the caulking gun suitable for?
The TAJIMA Super 12 is designed for standard cartridges with approximately 300 or 310 ml content.
Can the caulking gun be used for silicone?
Yes. The caulking gun is suitable for standard silicone sealants in appropriate 300 or 310 ml cartridges.
Is the gun also suitable for assembly adhesives?
Yes. Many assembly adhesives, hybrid adhesives, and polymer sealants can be processed with the 12:1 gear ratio. However, for very highly viscous materials, the processing recommendations of the material manufacturer should be observed.
What does a 12:1 gear ratio mean?
The gear ratio describes the mechanical force amplification of the caulking gun. With a 12:1 ratio, the force applied to the handle is amplified and transferred to the plunger rod.
What is the Twin-Thrust System?
The Twin-Thrust System ensures stable and efficient power transmission to the plunger rod. This allows the material to be dispensed from the cartridge in a controlled manner and with comparatively little effort.
How does the automatic material flow stop work?
After actuation, the pressure on the cartridge is slightly reduced. This means less material flows out of the nozzle when the trigger is no longer pressed.
Is the cartridge holder rotatable?
Yes. The cartridge holder can be rotated by 360°. This allows the nozzle to be aligned to suit the respective working position.
Can the cartridge seal be opened with the gun?
Yes. The caulking gun has an integrated puncture wire that can be used to pierce the inner seal of many cartridges.
Is the caulking gun suitable for foil packs?
No. This model is designed for rigid cartridges. A foil pack gun specifically designed for this purpose is required for foil packs.
Is a cartridge included in the delivery?
No. Only the selected number of TAJIMA caulking guns will be delivered. Sealants, adhesives, and cartridges are available separately.
What does "10 Pieces = 1 PU" mean?
The bundle variant contains ten complete TAJIMA Caulking Guns Super 12 CNV100SP12.
Which caulking gun is suitable for very viscous materials?
For particularly highly viscous materials, a caulking gun with a higher gear ratio, for example 18:1 or 26:1, may be more comfortable. The consistency and processing instructions of the respective material are decisive.
Application Notes
- Fully retract the plunger rod.
- Insert the cartridge into the cartridge holder.
- Cut the cartridge tip according to the desired joint width.
- Open the inner cartridge seal with the integrated puncture wire.
- Mount the nozzle and align it to the working direction.
- Operate the trigger evenly and dispense the material in a controlled manner.
- After use, release the pressure and remove material residues.
Safety and Care Instructions
- Before use, observe the processing instructions of the material being used.
- Wear suitable protective gloves and safety glasses depending on the product.
- Use the integrated puncture wire carefully.
- Do not insert damaged cartridges into the gun.
- Remove hardened material residues from the caulking gun promptly.
